- Design, develop, and optimize database solutions using extensive (T)SQL knowledge (joins, subqueries, aggregates, stored procedures, SQL agent jobs, etc.).
- Build and maintain .NET/C# applications, with opportunities to contribute to architectural decisions. Extend and maintain a Django platform
- Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and automation.
- Optimize database and application performance, implement CI/CD pipelines, and conduct thorough testing.
- Work within a complex business rules environment, translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain clear architectural and technical documentation.
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand their specific needs and workflows (no sales involved).
